Position Overview
Project Managers at Our Client lead large-scale restoration or construction projects from start to finish. You’ll be the operational expert for multimillion-dollar initiatives—whether it’s a ground-up rebuild, a complex renovation, or a high-risk recovery environment. Project Managers also serve on regional and national catastrophe response teams following hurricanes, floods, and other major events.

What You’ll Do
Manage projects exceeding $1 million in value, ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and profitability.
Oversee all phases of work—from estimating and subcontractor buy-out through closeout and client satisfaction.
Build trusted relationships with clients, vendors, and field teams.
Lead documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and change-order management through company project-management systems.
Coach and mentor Superintendents, field personnel, and subcontractors.
Serve as a role model for safety, professionalism, and customer care.
Deploy as part of catastrophe (CAT) response teams when needed.
Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulatory requirements.
Participate in continual training to stay current on construction and restoration best practices.
What You Bring
Proven experience managing large commercial or restoration projects ($1M +).
Deep understanding of building systems, construction methods, and safety standards.
Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to lead multiple crews and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in reading and managing blueprints, budgets, and schedules.
Solid customer-service orientation and ability to represent Our Client with professionalism.
Desire to grow into senior PM or estimating roles through performance and ongoing training.
Flexibility to travel regionally and work nights or weekends during emergency responses.
