Now, we're turning that same playbook inward. We're building our own growth engine a system that consistently attracts, qualifies, and converts new clients through data-driven outbound campaigns.

The Role

We're looking for a Growth & Outbound Specialist who can build and manage our cold outreach system from the ground up. You'll experiment with new channels, build automations, personalize outreach, and help us increase leads to grow Sweat Pants Agency.

That means :

• Sourcing and segmenting leads of DTC brand owners, operators, and marketing heads
• Writing and testing cold outreach copy that gets replies
• Setting up automation flows
• Booking qualified calls for our sales team
• Testing and owning different outreach channels
