Job Summary

As a Shift Leader you will provide oversight to Team Members in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant Manager. Coach, direct, recognize outstanding behavior, and establish priorities for Team Members during their shift. Train Team Members on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety, security, quality, and cleanliness standards. Opening and / or closing the restaurant. Create and ensure superior guest experiences. Contribute to the achievement of cost and profit goals.

Job Detail

• Work Hours : Full-Time hours, plus some Overtime may be expected
• Career Advancement / Career Plan : We promote heavily from within, so from a Shift Leaser you can develop to become an Assistant Manager, General Manager, Area Leader and beyond!
• Work Attire : FB logo'd shirt will be provided, black pants or jeans and nonslip shoes are required
