A company is looking for a Research Assistant to support a project monitoring e-cigarette use among youth and young adults in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and modification of research protocols and documentation for the Institutional Review Board (IRB)
Assist with organizing study-specific tasks and monitoring operational timelines
Conduct literature reviews, analyze survey data, and prepare comprehensive reports on project findings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in public health, statistics, epidemiology, biostatistics, public policy, psychology, or a related field
One year of related work experience, including internships or part-time positions in public health or social sciences
Knowledge of research protocols for the Institutional Review Board (IRB) is preferred
Experience with statistical software such as SAS, Stata, or R is preferred
Prior experience or interest in tobacco control and research is strongly preferred
