Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance. Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities. Experience you'll need to have : 5+ years of experience in software development 5+ years of experience with Assembler, COBOL and CICS. 5+ years of experience with MVS, JCL, DB2 and VSAM 3+ years of experience with CA7, File Master, and Endevor. 3+ years with monitoring tools; SYSVIEW; Platinum; FDIO; IDCAMS; z / OS Mainframe; Splunk; and Cycleview. Experience with MQ Series, InterTest, Abend-Aid and SQL. Experience with JCL Check, Endevor, InfoMan Turnover Tool, Experience with REXX, SyncSort, TSO, FTP, NDM, and SAR.
