We are currently seeking motivated and experienced LPNs to join our growing team in the Fayetteville, NC area , based at a large medical center . Candidates with a Certified Medical Assistant or EMT certification are also encouraged to apply.

As a Vascular Access Technician , you will support our in-house vascular access team at a large medical center. You will be an independent member of an organized, professional team.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist with set-up of equipment and supplies necessary for indicated procedure based on directions provided by Vascular Access Clinician.
• Assists with positioning patient in bed for procedure and providing comfort during procedure.
• Closely watch procedural clinician to ensure all steps of procedure are completed.
• Maintains equipment and supplies in a safe and conscientious manner.
• Assists with breakdown of sterile field.
• Understands OSHA Exposure protocol and handles bodily fluids (i.e. blood) appropriately.
• Travel to facilities throughout designated service areas as assigned by the Administrator on Call.
• Additional work within scope of license as needed.

Requirements :

Schedule : Typically four (4) 10-hour shifts per week. Occasionally shift hours will be extended or adjusted due to patient, client, or company needs.

Pay Range : $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Sign-On-Bonus : $1,500 sign on bonus contingent on remaining employed for 12 months. 50% payment on first paycheck and 50% payment after 9 months. Subject to taxes and deductions.

COVID-19 : Our staff regularly work in facilities that require contractors to receive vaccinations against COVID-19. Vascular Wellness requires all staff to comply with all rules concerning vaccinations. Before employment, Vascular Wellness will request proof of vaccination against COVID-19.
