What You'll Do :

Lead and mentor field crews to deliver quality installs and service.

Visit job sites to troubleshoot, support, and verify performance.

Train team members on proper procedures, safety, and best practices.

Help manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and materials.

Resolve customer concerns and ensure jobs meet company standards.

Jump in to install or run calls when needed.

What we are looking for :

Journeyman HVAC License

3+ years residential / light commercial HVAC experience

Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical know-how

Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn leadership skills

Good communication skills (with crews and customers)

EPA certification and valid driver's license (clean record)

Able to pass background check and drug screening
