Are you a skilled and proactive problem solver with a passion for resolving complex maintenance challenges across multiple locations? We invite you to join our Facilities team, where you will be essential to the effective operation of our company. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining critical building systems, addressing unforeseen issues, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment on a daily basis.

Primary Responsibilities :

Efficient Response & Preventative Maintenance

• Promptly address maintenance requests across multiple locations to minimize downtime and ensure seamless facility operations.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance inspections to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures across all locations to standardize quality and efficiency.

Equipment & Budget Management

Safety, Security & Issue Reporting

Project Management & Facility Development

Process Improvement & Resource Stewardship
