Responsibilities

A Day in the Life :

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and create tailored ABA therapy plans.
• Oversee and support RBTs and fieldwork students, ensuring delivery of ethical, high-quality services.
• Provide guidance to parents and caregivers to enhance their skills.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including speech, occupational, and mental health professionals.
• Monitor progress, develop treatment plans, and modify interventions based on clinical data.
• Engage in clinical team meetings and partake in ongoing learning cohorts.
