About the Role :

As a Product Development Engineer, you'll lead product innovation from concept to launch, ensuring market-ready solutions that meet customer needs and business goals. You'll collaborate across teams, drive continuous improvement, and bridge creativity with practical execution.

What You'll Do :

• Lead full product development lifecycle : concept, design, prototyping, testing, production, and post-launch support
• Apply advanced engineering principles (CAE, CFD) and conduct design validation
• Develop and maintain technical documentation (GD&T, BOMs, CTDs)
• Collaborate with manufacturing for efficient production and cost optimization
• Lead cross-functional teams in DFMEA and engineering change processes
• Research and apply emerging technologies (Industry 4.0, IoT, AI, AR, additive manufacturing)
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards

Who You Are :

• Bachelor's in Engineering (Product Development, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing)
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Certified in GD&T, Root Cause Analysis, Lean / Kaizen / 6 Sigma
• Proficient in CAD and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, adaptable, and collaborative
