Job Description : Senior control systems engineer, with 10-15 years of experience, including experience as a discipline lead on large projects.
EDUCATION :
Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
REGISTRATION :
PE is preferred but not required.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
The successful candidate should be comfortable with shifting priorities and challenging deadlines, as well as managing the activities of several concurrent projects. As an integral part of the control systems team, the successful candidate can expect to take on a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to those identified below.
This work will be performed under general supervision of the project lead engineers :
Act as the client’s technical authority evaluating engineering deliverables for compliance with industry codes and standards as well as client’s standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
As a minimum, candidates are expected to have : Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university. 15 years of experience in instrumentation and control systems engineering relevant to the tasks described in the Job Description section. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam. Direct / Contract : 12 month Contract to possible direct hire after that
