Our client is seeking a Compliance Officer for their Springfield, Missouri location. They are a $500 million community bank. This can be a hybrid position. Someone will need to be in the bank 1 to 2 days a week and also during regulatory exams. The ideal candidate will have 5 plus years of Compliance management experience. This is a manager position and they will supervise 1 full-time Compliance support individual and one PT support. The tools are in place for the BSA / AML. The bank is not requiring that this individual have their CRCM or CAMS but will help them achieve that goal if desired.
