Bank Teller - Credit Union

Affidian Credit Union is looking for a Teller with excellent customer service skills for their Denver branch. If you are interested in the financial industry, we will provide the on-the-job training needed to be successful in this position. The Credit Union promotes from within, there is an opportunity for growth and advancement. The pay range is $21 - $24 per hour and is commensurate with experience. This is a full-time in-office position at the Credit Union's branch located at 700 W 39th Avenue, Denver, CO 80216. The working hours are Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm with the occasional start time of 7 : 00 am.

Responsibilities :

• A Teller is responsible for processing a variety of financial transactions in person, over the phone, and through electronic delivery channels.
• Responsible for managing and balancing a cash drawer and preparing daily paperwork according to procedures.
• This position requires cross-selling to members to deepen relationships that will benefit the member and the Credit Union.
• Quality member service is a must.
• Provides specific account information, processes account transactions, assists members, answers questions, and provides information.
• For all positions, the performance emphasis is on providing service and sales delivery at the highest level, to ensure excellence in member service and to help meet Credit Union's goals and objectives.
