Our company is looking for hard-working, customer service and sales-oriented individuals to join our team. The Route Sales Representatives are the face of the company and are essential team members in ensuring timely deliveries and happy customers.

The Route Sales Representatives drive a company truck with an established route or territory, deliver and pick up our products and rental items, and grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.

The Route Service Sales Representative works professionally, safely, and in compliance with driving and vehicle regulations.

Enjoy great hours for those going to school or for those wanting to spend more time with family and friends. This is a full-time position, NOT seasonal.

Responsibilities :

• Safely operate company vehicle
• Upsell existing accounts
• Generate new customer leads
• Increase route volume
• Renew agreements to retain existing customers
• Ensure accurate delivery loads
• Maintain inventory levels and quality at customer locations
• Collect and sort soiled merchandise
• Deliver and communicate invoice changes
• Unload soiled merchandise and loading clean merchandise for the following day
• Complete paperwork and utilize PDA for customer needs
• Keep the route book updated
• Other duties as required

Physical Demands :

Qualifications :

Customer service and sales-oriented

Strong communication skills

High School Graduate, 21+ years of age

2+ years of customer service experience preferred.

Experience driving a box truck is preferred.

Able to drive in all weather conditions and endure outdoor elements.

Must have a standard driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
