We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Editor to join our growing team. As a Junior Editor, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our company's written materials, including reports, proposals, and marketing materials. You will work closely with our team of writers, subject matter experts, and project managers to ensure that all written materials meet our company's standards and effectively communicate our message to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Review and edit written materials for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
Ensure that all written materials adhere to company style and branding guidelines
Collaborate with writers, subject matter experts, and project managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of information
Identify and correct errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling
Fact-check and verify data and sources
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the overall quality of written materials
Assist in the development and maintenance of company style guides and templates

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field

1-2 years of experience in editing or proofreading, preferably in a corporate or technical setting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors

Familiarity with AP Style and other writing standards

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills

A passion for accuracy and a commitment to quality work
