A company is looking for a Remote Loan Advisor - Purchase.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze applicant information to determine loan program eligibility

Assist customers in discussing financial objectives and take initial loan applications

Ensure timely completion of required documents and compliance with sales processes

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required

At least one (1) year of mortgage sales experience

NMLS / SAFE, with at least 1 active license or ability to be licensed without retaking the SAFE exam

Strong knowledge of mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory guidelines

Ability to maintain a professional image and meet attendance standards
