What Youll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with customers in your assigned territory
• Prospect and cold call to grow sales within existing and new accounts
• Execute merchandising strategies, store resets, and product displays
• Manage daily orders using handheld devices
• Communicate clearly with store managers and internal teams
• Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing
• Provide outstanding customer service and product support

Qualifications

• 12 years of sales, customer service, or merchandising experience (preferred, not required)
• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid drivers license, insured personal vehicle, and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 2550 lbs and perform merchandising tasks
• Basic computer and mobile device skills (email, order entry, route tracking)
• Flexible to start early and work occasional extended hours during busy periods
