Position Overview

This is an Adaptive Acuity Unit , meaning the nurse will care for both standard Med Surg / Tele patients and, on occasion , PCU-level patients. Providing PCU-level care is mandatory and cannot be declined. Strong drip, charge, and progressive care skills are required.

This role is best suited for a highly experienced RN who is confident with higher-acuity patients, adaptable to frequent floating, and comfortable supporting smaller or critical-access hospitals.
