Dispatcher - Residential Solar - Electrical Solar Impact is a solar-first, Nexstar-aligned residential energy company seeking a high-performing Residential Solar & Electrical Dispatcher (CSR Hybrid). This role is dispatcher-first, responsible for optimizing technician schedules, driving efficiency, and supporting a 5-star customer experience, while also assisting with inbound customer calls during peak periods. Responsibilities : Primary Responsibilities (Dispatcher-Focused)
- Dispatch and manage daily schedules for solar service and residential electrical techniciansrouting and capacity to maximize technician efficiency, revenue, and same-day servicetechnician progress in real time and proactively adjust schedules
- Drive key dispatch KPIs, including utilization, jobs per day, same-day service, and on-time arrivaljob statuses, and notes inservice software
- Support technicians with job details, system history, permits, and solar-specific information
- Partner with service management to achieve performance goals
- Secondary Responsibilities (CSR Support)
- Handle inbound customer calls during peak or overflow periods
- Book service appointments using Nexstar's best practices
- Set clear expectations with homeowners
- Deliver a consistent 5-star customer experience Qualifications :
- 1+ year of dispatching experience in solar, electrical, HVAC, or home services
- CSR or call-center experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of
- Familiarity with Nexstar systems is a plus
- Solar service or OM experience is a plus Compensation : $18 - $23 per hour DOE
