Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, part of Oriol Health Care, wants to help take your nursing career to new levels on a casual basis (8-16 hours / week)!! We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Nurses (RN or LPN) to deliver exceptional care to our residents. These roles are within our sub-acute and long-term care units.

Per Diems are encouraged to apply!

Sign-on / Retention Bonus - up to $4,000

Pay Range (depending on experience) :

LPN : $31.50 - $37.65 / hr ($0- $3 shift differential)

RN : $35.00 - $42.47 / hr ($0- $3 shift differential)

RN, BSN : $37.00 - $44.52 / hr ($0- $3 shift differential)

Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate patients' health requirements
  • Administer medications
  • Monitor vital signs
  • Interact with patients
  • Work closely with healthcare providers
  • Record advancements
  • Stay informed about industry standards
  • Carry out additional nursing responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Graduate from a recognized nursing program with an active MA RN or LPN nursing license
  • Preferably 1 year of experience, but new graduate nurses will also be considered
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capable of working effectively with other healthcare team members
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
