Role Overview- Dental Assistant

At Monokian Dentistry, we’re excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Versa Dental Assistant — a hybrid role designed for a highly motivated, solutions-focused individual who thrives in both clinical and operational environments.

“Versa” stands for versatility — and this role is exactly that. You’ll bridge the gap between patient care and behind-the-scenes systems — helping ensure smooth daily flow, equipment readiness, supply tracking, OSHA compliance, and lab case coordination. You’ll also regularly step in to support chair-side care, but this will not have your dedicated time .

Whether you're setting up rooms, tracking lab cases, monitoring supplies, or jumping in to support chairside care, you’ll play a critical role in keeping the day flowing efficiently.

It’s ideal for someone who loves being hands-on, takes pride in staying ahead of the game, and finds satisfaction in both the visible and behind-the-scenes success of a busy dental practice. Even if you haven’t held a title like this before, if you're organized, proactive, and naturally find yourself stepping in to keep things on track, we want to hear from you.
