A company is looking for a Customer Success Center Representative - Seasonal.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls for clients with a polite and attentive attitude
Respond to emails from clients within 24 hours of receipt
Build strong client relationships and escalate issues to management as needed
Required Qualifications
0-1 year of experience in an inbound customer call center or similar customer service role
Ability to quickly learn complex software applications
Basic knowledge of major internet browsers and Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
Access to a personal device for multi-factor authentication and a stable internet connection (minimum of 10Mbps down)
