What You'll Do :

As a Home Care Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of respiratory care services to patients in their homes, including but not limited to :

• Conducting comprehensive respiratory assessments and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Providing education and training to patients and their families on respiratory equipment, treatment modalities, and disease management.
• Managing and maintaining various respiratory equipment, such as oxygen concentrators, ventilators, BiPAP devices, etc.
• Monitoring patient progress, documenting observations, and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
• Responding to patient respiratory equipment needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
