What You’ll Do

Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.

Lead, motivate, and coach a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.

Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Assist with scheduling, training, inventory, and cost management.

Create a positive and professional work environment for both staff and guests.

Handle guest concerns quickly and effectively to ensure great experiences.
