Engage with customers on the showroom floor and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences.

Conduct thorough product demonstrations, highlighting vehicle features and benefits relevant to each customer.

Build rapport and trust with potential buyers, creating a positive and comfortable sales experience.

Guide customers through the financing and insurance options available.

Negotiate sale terms and finalize deals efficiently and professionally.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory and current manufacturer incentives.

Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar client-facing sales role.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine passion for cars and helping customers find the perfect vehicle.

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Basic computer proficiency for managing customer information and inventory.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
