LPN - Home Care

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Care - Enjoy independence, autonomy, and flexibility in the field to visit patients one on one in their home environment.

Hours : Full-time Days, Monday - Friday There will be a weekend and holiday rotation. Dependent upon staffing levels, work approximately one weekend every 4-6 weeks and approximately 2 holiday's per year.

Territory : The LPN will have a general territory within our service area where they will provide one on one in-home care to the patients. The office is in Roseville, MN and the general territory for this position would primarily be in the southeast section of the Twin Cities metro area.
