Key Responsibilities

Own the systems, strategy, and execution behind the quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance

Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics to enhance user experience and ensure carrier success

Drive critical outcomes for the insurance marketplace, focusing on loss ratio, retention, and conversion

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Operations Research)

7+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain)

Proven track record of hiring and managing high-performing teams

Experience in developing structured frameworks for problem-solving
