Job Title : Process Engineering Intern

Hybrid Location : RSO in Mira Loma, CA

Qualifications :

Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

Knowledge of quality control systems and process improvement techniques.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics tools such as Excel.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Process Reviews :  conduct thorough reviews of existing processes for efficiency.

Root Cause Analysis : identify a problem’s root cause and create actionable solutions.

Improvement Plans :  develop plans for improvement and techniques for implementation.

Lean Manufacturing :  implement lean manufacturing principles and / or 5S kaizen principles.

Data Analysis / Data Driven Problem Solving : analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Cross-Functional Teams : lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Project Management :  monitor progress towards goals and regularly update stakeholders on project status.
