[job_card.job_description]Opportunity to earn up to $18.00 / hr after your first 8 weeks Weekly pay with direct deposit Health, Dental, and Vision insurance + 401(k) match (eligibility applies) Paid holidays (1.5x pay) and sick leave accrual $700 caregiver referral bonus Paid training and continuing education opportunities Mileage reimbursement for travel between same-day visits Weekend visits start between Saturday 12 : 01AM and Sunday 11 : 59PM To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid / professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $18.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts with high transfer clients Fast hiring and flexible scheduling 24 / 7 support from our experienced Pittsburgh team Industry-leading mobile app for scheduling, updates, and pay tracking Work close to home — serving clients in Pittsburgh and nearby areas like Bethel Park, and Castle Shannon Build meaningful relationships with seniors through companionship and care Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and errands Help with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Minimum of three professional references Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills (bilingual candidates encouraged) Completion of any required compliance, license, or registration steps Full-time and part-time available Flexible shifts — weekdays, weekends, or evenings
