Position Summary

The District Trainer is responsible for leading and developing the produce department teams across the assigned district. The role focuses on training and coaching store teams to achieve operational excellence, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. The District Trainer will act as the primary expert in produce merchandising and best practices within the district.

• Provide guidance to Department Managers to connect the metrics to business processes and focus on continuous improvement strategies to achieve business objectives;
• Maintain all metrics on the weekly operations dashboard;

Disclaimer : Pay Scale $75,000 - $75,000

The pay scale above is the salary or hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and / or training.
