Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic advice to the Executive Team and Board of Directors on HR issues
Develop HR strategic plans and maintain country-specific HR policies across multiple jurisdictions
Oversee recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations
Required Qualifications
At least 15 years of work experience, with 5 years in a senior HR leadership position
7 or more years of supervisory experience
Experience in the full spectrum of HR activities in a global context
Strong understanding of labor laws and employment conditions worldwide
Expertise with HR information management systems
