[job_card.job_description]Work 12-hour night shifts with guaranteed 48 hours per week (36 hours will not be accepted) 13-week contract length starting ASAP No blocked scheduling allowed Float requirements include Med Surg / Tele units and all in-patient areas May be tasked as an aide if other units need assistance Every other weekend / holiday required unless given time off approval No on-call or call back requirements Must maintain 75-mile radius rule Patient ratio : 1 : 6 with bed sizes ranging from 15-45 beds depending on unit assignment Must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips Required certifications : KY / Compact RN License, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS EKG test required for all RNs to be completed during compliance process Minimum 1 year RN experience in specialty required MUST have Level I or Level II Trauma experience CareView / EPIC charting experience preferred, will train on-site Associate Degree or Certificate required Black scrubs required Must be hard worker, resilient, manages change well, social, reliable, and team-player Referral bonus
