[job_card.job_description]Work 12-hour night shifts with no blocked scheduling 48 guaranteed hours per week required (36 hours will not be accepted) 13-week contract assignment Every other weekend and holiday rotation required unless given time off approval Float to Med Surg / Tele units and all in-patient areas as needed May be assigned aide duties when other units need assistance Patient ratio of 1 : 6 with 15-45 beds depending on unit assignment Must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips Minimum 1 year RN experience in specialty required Must have Level I or Level II Trauma experience Required certifications : Kentucky / Compact RN License, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS EKG test required during compliance process CareView / EPIC charting experience preferred (will provide on-site training) Associate degree or certificate required Dress code : black scrubs Must be hard-working, resilient, manage change well, reliable, and a team player Referral bonus
