Summary :

  • Goldschmitt and Associates is seeking a Telephone Operator for an onsite position in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in support of the US Department of Veteran Affairs.

This contract is anticipated to last 4 months initially, with the potential for the contract to be extended based on customer approval.  Job Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Route patient and other inquiries to the correct CMCVAMC location and program.

    • Handle emergency calls and deal with distraught callers Monitor emergency calls for patients Minimum Qualifications :

  • Possess at least 1 year of contact center experience Possess prior experience, knowledge, and understanding of medical terminology Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification, such as a General Educational Development (GED) diploma Possess the ability to pass a Tier 1 National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) investigation and maintain eligibility, including possessing United States citizenship Previous experience of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word NOTE : This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities or qualifications associated with the job.
