Debt Collections Specialist – Phone-Based Role – Commercial Collections
Our client is a high-energy commercial collections firm focused on recovering outstanding debts for businesses. They are seeking a driven Debt Collections Specialist to join their in-office team based in Plano, TX.

• Compensation: Base salary: $30,000 – $42,000 per year, commission-based role with on-target earnings (OTE) of $150,000+; this is a 1099 opening.

• Experience in debt collections or high-volume phone environments

• Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and close confidently

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound collection calls and negotiate repayment terms with debtors

• Resolve disputes professionally while maintaining control of the conversation

• Accurately document all interactions and maintain thorough records

• Escalate unresolved accounts per company protocol

• Uphold legal and company standards in all collection activities

Schedule:
Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 4:30pm
Fridays from 8:00am to 1:00pm
