JOB SUMMARY
The Site Supervisor plays a key role in delivering a safe, engaging, and enriching Summer Fun Program for children ages 7-14. This position supports program leadership by overseeing activity leaders, managing daily operations, and ensuring high-quality recreational experiences that foster learning and community connection. By maintaining a well-organized site and leading age-specific programming, the role directly contributes to creating a memorable and impactful summer for participants.
This is temporary employment . The position begins June 1, 2026 , for staff training, and camp runs from June 8, 2026 - July 31, 2026 ; camps run for 8 weeks.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally. Subject to standing, sitting, walking, vision, hearing and talking frequently; lifting, carrying, pushing / pulling, reaching, handling, fine dexterity, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, twisting, climbing and balancing occasionally.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Working conditions involve indoor and outdoor work, in the heat, sun, high humidity and wind; occasionally exposed to swimming pool chemicals, slippery surfaces; noise around crowds and whistles.
