Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We're seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at a leading organization in Peoria, AZ. Pay rate: $20.00/hour. Shift: 1st, 8am5pm, MF with weekend per schedule needs.

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

• Supporting daily operations of the Branch Office and Branch Manager(s)
• Working with the Sales team to complete patient documentation requirements
• Providing reception services, both telephone and in-person
• Processing intakes, reviewing screens to assist customers, and confirming delivery appointments
• Performing post-delivery work order confirmation and data entry
• Assisting with coordination of patient classes, paperwork assembly, and equipment downloads
• Conducting functional tests on respiratory equipment as needed
• Handling requests for audit and documentation purposes
• Supporting overnight oximetry programs and collecting billing information
• Assisting with patient scheduling, scanning, filing, and faxing records
• Preparing warehouse/patient equipment and reconciling daily receivables
• Making outbound customer satisfaction calls and ordering office supplies
• Performing other duties as required

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Possess 2+ years of office-related experience (required)
• Are comfortable working onsite (not eligible for telecommuting)
• Can work flexible hours, including occasional weekends as needed
• Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
