The Society of St. Vincent de Paul of St. Louis a Catholic lay organization with more than 180 years of service is seeking a mission-driven faith-filled Chief Executive Officer to guide our Council into the future. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead with humility faith and vision modeling Vincentian spirituality and fostering a mission1centered culture.

Partner with the Board of Directors to strengthen governance advance strategic goals and steward resources.

Inspire and unify staff and volunteers to carry out SVdPs mission with excellence and joy.

Serve as chief ambassador engaging with partners donors Church leaders and civic organizations.

Ensure financial sustainability through stewardship of thrift store operations philanthropy and new revenue streams.

Guide organizational operations with a focus on servant leadership excellence and collaboration.

Compensation : Starting salary range is $185000 - $200000.
