REQUIRED DOCUMENTS/ATTACHMENTS: * Two (2) letters of recommendation - must be signed and dated within the last 24 months. Only wet signatures and e-signatures will be accepted; names typed out in a stylized font will not be accepted as a signature. Letters from relatives are not acceptable. * Typing certificate, minimum typing speed of 40 net/corrected wpm. (See requirements listed.) * Proof of education equivalent to the completion of the 12th grade CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING. REQUIREMENTS: Education equivalent to the completion of the 12th grade. A combination of training and experience may be substituted for formal education. Paid or volunteer experience working with bilingual students/community members highly desirable. Submit with the application a typing certificate for 40 net/corrected words per minute, typed during a 5-minute timed test from an accredited school or agency. Pass the District Clerical Test, the District Bilingual/Biliterate Spanish Test, and any combination of written, oral, and performance tests which may be administered to secure the best qualified applicants.

The Division of Human Resources requires a typing certificate from an accredited school or agency, dated no earlier than twenty-four (24) months before the opening date listed on the job posting on EdJoin. The typing certificate must be attached to the EdJoin application. Human Resources will not accept online certificates or e-mailed test results from typing websites. The typing certificate must contain the following information: - Agency’s official emblem - Name of applicant - Score identified as net or corrected words per minute typed during a five (5) minute timed test - Date of certificate - Signature of person certifying the certificate - Address and telephone number of agency
