Key Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize talent systems for consultant data accuracy and accessibility
Support onboarding processes and manage performance management activities
Assist in coordinating professional development programs and identify process improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in HR operations or resource management in a consulting environment
Experience with Workday or equivalent HCM system and strong Excel skills
Ability to manage large data sets and analyze reporting
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
