Chick-fil-A Leadership Role

Chick-fil-A is seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented person who loves to serve others in a fast paced environment, to add to our Leadership team. We provide a positive, fun environment for the right person who exudes those same qualities.

The shift leader is responsible for putting the team into positions and setting the shift up for success. They need to be positive and encouraging to the team and mindful of breaks and changes that need to be made. They need to have the ability to identify issues and fix them as they arise to help the shift run smoothly.

This person would learn all aspects of the kitchen and front of the restaurant from the ground up and then learn to lead the front of house shift. Our day shift typically runs from 5 : 00am- 3pm. Our Night Shift role is typically 2 : 30pm-11 : 15pm. Availability before or after those hours is preferred. Shift Lead pay starts at $16 however can be as high as $18 depending on experience.

This candidate would run 3-4 shifts per week and spend the other 1-2 days in a support role to another shift leader.
