The organization is seeking a Technical Lead - BI Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of scalable business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decisions across the enterprise. This hands-on leadership role combines technical depth with mentorship responsibilities, guiding a team of BI engineers while collaborating closely with business and data stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, a strong command of SQL and data modeling, and experience with modern data warehousing platforms like Snowflake or Redshift. You'll establish best practices in BI development, data governance, and performance optimization-while exploring emerging analytics technologies to elevate the company's insights capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of experience building end to end Business Intelligence solutions
• Several years of experience supporting financial data
• Proficiency in PowerBI
• Expertise in DAX
• Experience leading projects
