Security Officer - Cre Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - CRE Patrol Driver in Mission Viejo, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you'll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and Pick up open shifts based on your availabilitygiving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining highly visible throughout the property. This is a driving position, where you'll monitor access points, interact with tenants and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service while upholding the values of Allied Universal. Mon 06 : 00 PM - 05 : 00 AM

Sun 06 : 00 PM - 05 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter, helping to deter inappropriate or unauthorized activities.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs noted during patrols.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with property management, tenants, and / or law enforcement as required.
  • Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support site access control by monitoring entrances and exits when necessary.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a primarily driving post is preferred.
  • Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
