Licensed Commercial Claims Supervisor

A company is looking for a Commercial Claims Supervisor - Auto and General Liability.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a liability claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery

Promote best practices and guide the claims team in accordance with organizational standards

Manage workloads, set team goals, and drive talent development through hiring and training

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 10 years related claims experience

Appropriately licensed and / or certified in all states where claims are handled

Claims background in public sector claims

Prior leadership experience of at least 5 years
