The RealReal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing manager to lead our integrated marketing efforts across a diverse set of digital and offline media channels. This ideal candidate for this role is a strategic thinker who thrives in a data-informed culture and brings strong analytical and optimization expertise balanced with creative storytelling. In this role, you will manage media agencies and partners, optimize campaigns for maximum impact and ROI to drive business growth, and collaborate closely with brand and creative teams.

What You Get To Do Every Day

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies across a variety of channels, including :

• Display advertising, app advertising, affiliate marketing, and emerging digital advertising platforms.
• Manage Television, audio, and direct mail.
• Oversee and manage external media agencies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives, budget adherence, and performance targets.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all channels.
• Work closely with brand, creative, product, and other internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, brand voice, and seamless campaign integration.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve business goals.
• Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and best practices.

The expected salary range for this role is $115,000.00-$135,000.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
