Position Overview
Are you ready to join a dynamic team that's been making waves in the insurance industry since 2017? Look no further! Our agency is expanding, and we're seeking passionate individuals to join us on our journey. With an office in California and a presence in Arizona - we offer flexible scheduling, a supportive work environment, and plenty of fun along the way. As part of our team of seven seasoned professionals, you'll have the chance to engage with clients within California and Arizona, helping them discover their insurance needs. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jeff Lowe - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
