Job Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end execution of multi-site LED retrofit projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Review and interpret CAD drawings and photometric layouts to guide project design and implementation.
- Ensure all projects meet local and national electrical code requirements.
- Navigate and secure utility rebates, incentive programs, and recycling compliance.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pole lights, exterior lighting, and interior LED systems.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to align schedules and resources.
- Provide technical expertise to resolve project challenges and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, reporting progress and results to leadership.
Job Qualifications :
5+ years of experience managing electrical or lighting projects, preferably in multi-site or retail environments.Proficiency with CAD and photometric software (e.g., AGi32, Visual Lighting).Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination.Strong communication and organizational abilities with attention to detail.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.Benefits :
