About the Role
Were hiring a Head of AI / Machine Learning to lead our machine learning strategy, platforms, and teams. This role owns how AI is built, deployed, and integrated across our products and works closely with engineering, product, and executive leadership.
Youll be responsible for turning advanced ML capabilities into reliable, production-ready systems that deliver real customer value.
What Youll Be Responsible For
Define and execute the companys AI and machine learning strategy
Lead teams across machine learning engineering, data science, and applied research
Build and operate scalable ML platforms and pipelines in production
Partner with product leadership to identify and prioritize AI-driven features
Own model development, training, evaluation, and deployment workflows
Establish best practices around MLOps, monitoring, and model governance
Stay current on advances in AI / ML and apply them pragmatically to the business
What Were Looking For
Prior experience leading AI, ML, or data science organizations
Strong background in machine learning engineering and production systems
Experience deploying models at scale in real-world environments
Familiarity with modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Experience with MLOps tooling, pipelines, and monitoring
Strong communication skills and ability to align AI efforts with business goals
