All Team Members of our company must meet the following requirements:

1. You must be 18 years of age or older.
2. You must be available Monday-Friday between 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
3. You must provide your own dependable mode of transportation that you can use for work.
4. Must be willing to allow our company to run a criminal background check [Up to 7 years].
5. Must be able to speak, and understand English.

More about the Position: We reward performance over seniority! When you show up every day and provide quality cleans to our customers, you will be rewarded with a growing schedule, which means more money in your pocket! Must be able to provide quality cleans in a timely manner. All teams start and end the day at our local office in Gilbert. As a Professional House Cleaner, you will be traveling to our customer's homes as part of a team to perform routine and specific tasks as assigned. This is a team environment where we work in 2 person crews using our proven Two Maids systems, products, and equipment. As a Professional House Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing top quality work and customer service to our customers through various tasks and communications. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes mileage reimbursement, paid training, all of your supplies and equipment, and various awards and incentives. Service Areas: Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, San Tan Valley.

Salary: W2 COMMISSION (SEMI-MONTHLY) Schedule: Monday - Friday / Must be available 7:15am-5:00pm [Most teams finish their day by 3:00/4:00pm] Supplemental Pay: Tips + Weekly Bonus Opportunities + Mileage reimbursement

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
