Restaurant Shift Leader

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and working in a fast-paced environment.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.

We are a fast-growing company, opening new locations and concepts each year which provides ample opportunity for growth.

Requirements:

• At least 21 years of age
• 1+ year full service restaurant leadership experience
• Reliable transportation required
• An ability to lead and supervise peers High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
• Passion for the business and compassion for people
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe Certified preferred
